This page explains how to remove personal data that Systems Foundry Limited holds through its Meta app for FEOS — specifically data from WhatsApp Business connections made via Facebook Login for Business.
Last updated: October 2025The fastest way to stop Systems Foundry receiving any further messages from your WhatsApp Business number is to disconnect it directly in the WhatsApp Business app:
Go to Settings → Account → Business Platform.
Tap Disconnect. From that moment, we receive no further messages from your number.
Disconnecting is immediate. No new messages will be received by FEOS after you disconnect, but previously received messages may still be held by the advice firm in line with its own record-keeping obligations.
To request deletion of data we hold — including your name, Facebook user ID, and any stored messages — email us using the details below.

Please include: the WhatsApp phone number or Facebook account concerned.
We will confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.
In some cases, data cannot be immediately deleted:
If a retention obligation applies, we will explain this to you in our response and tell you which firm holds the data.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has not been handled lawfully.
